TIME

I usually ship paintings once a week (on Fridays). If you need something expedited, please send me a note and I will try my best to send your artwork as soon as possible.

UK customers: allow 1 week for delivery from time of shipment.

International customers: allow 2-3 weeks for delivery from time of shipment and please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. I encourage you to check the customs laws and regulations in your country as these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

PACKAGING

Works on paper and prints are sealed in biodegradable plastic sleeves and sent in rigid mailers.

Both framed and unframed canvas or canvas panel paintings are wrapped in kraft paper and bubble wrap, packed tightly in a sturdy cardboard box.

RETURNS

All sales are final, except in case of damage during shipping (which will require a proof of damage).

Please carefully inspect your order when it arrives and let me know immediately if there has been any damage in shipping.

If your artwork is damaged or lost in the mail, please don't hesitate to contact me so I can help with the situation!

NOVEMBER 2022: IMPORTANT NOTE ON DELIVERIES

My paintings can be collected or will be shipped from various places, as I'm spending equal time in Poland and in the UK now.

It might take a little while for me to locate your painting, I am very sorry for any inconvenience it may cause. 

Contact me if your order is urgent.

I'm also updating shipping fees (some paintings are shipped from Poland, some from the UK), please bear with me or contact me before you place your order.

Please note that if the painting is shipped from Poland to the UK, you will need to pay customs fee when it arrives.
